Kurşunlu Han'ın Restorasyonu İçin Uzman Ekip Üsküp'te
Kurşunlu Han’ın Yunus Emre Enstitüsüne devredilme kararının ardından, heyetler arası görüşmeler de hız kazandı.
Kültür Bakanlığı Müsteşarı Behicudin Şehapi, dün Üsküp Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Müdürü Mehmet Samsakçı ve beraberindeki heyeti kabul etti.
Kültür Bakanlığında gerçekleşen görüşmenin ardından Türkiye’den gelen uzman heyet, önümüzdeki beş gün boyunca incelemelerde bulunacakları Kurşunlu Han’ı Şehapi ve Samsakçı eşliğinde gezdi.
İki ülke arasında kültürel işbirliğini arttırmak amacıyla İstanbul ve Üsküp’te açılacak olan kültür merkezleriyle var olan ilişkilerin daha da güçlenmesi bekleniyor.
İstanbul’daki Taksim meydanında Makedonya Kültür Merkezinin de kısa bir sürede açılması bekleniyor.
Kurşunlu Han
İnşaat tarihi belli olmayan ancak 16. yüzyılda inşa edildiği düşünülen Kurşunlu Han, özellikle Balkanlardaki en büyük han olması sebebiyle büyük önem taşıyor.
Dükkancık camiini inşa eden Muslühuddin Abdilgani Müezzin Hoca tarafından inşa edilen Kurşunlu Han, uzun bir süre “Müezzin Hoca Hanı” olarak anıldı.
1787 yılında hapishane olarak kullanılan Han, 19. yüzyılda kubbelerinin kurşun kaplama olması sebebiyle “Kurşunlu Han” olarak anılmaya başlandı. 1904 ile 1912 yılları arasında yeniden han olarak kullanılırken, günümüzde kültürel etkinliklerin tertip edildiği mekan oldu.
Kare şeklinde olan han, zemin ve üst kat olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşuyor. Ortasında fıskiye bulunan Kurşunlu Han’ın sütunları taş ve tuğladan yapılmıştır. Yarı çember kemerleri bu esere Osmanlı mimarisine özgün bir hava vermektedir.
